So I had a case of the hormones this past week. Not sure what brought it on specifically, but I was a mess. Crying in the shower, snapping at my loving husband....these pregnancy hormones are like PMS ON CRACK. Yikes! Is there a way to put them in check? I want to feel the warm fuzzies of pregnancy.....

I remember during my first and early into my second trimesters just crying at the drop of a hat. It will balance out. It's just that you're body is experiencing a HUGE change in its thermostat, as I'm sure you are well aware. Hang in there!
