I didn't have a Moby- they seemed like a lot of work, but people who have one rave about it. I used a sling ALL the time when Spence was under 3 months. It worked really well for us (mine is a Mod Mum). We have an Ergo too that we used a lot and continue to use a ton. I like that it's a front and back carrier and you can use it up to 35 lbs (the Bjorn is a lot less I think). I didn't use the sling for awhile (about 4-7 months), but now I'm back to using it all the time in the hip carry position. I find both carriers to be easy and quick. Blair uses the Ergo all the time too which is really nice for him. Good luck deciding!
I LOVED My Moby. I still use it from time to time. It is great for those fussy days, traveling, etc. It is a bit of a challenge to learn, but C loved it...she was instantly soothed in hers. We also have a babyhawk, which has been our go-to after she was tiny tiny and wanted to see more. In my experience, these and the ergo beat the baby bjorn...I was never that comfortable in one and neither was my baby.

sorry the only carrier I have experience with is the Ergo (which I LOVE).
Good luck though
Never tried the Moby, but I loved the Ergo. Bjorn was nice to have for facing out, but the Ergo was much more comfortable for me and for my daughter.
