If you're looking for something cozy and relatively easy to cook...go to this site. 2008 was a year of crockpotting for this woman! She had a goal to use a crockpot each day of 2008. There are some great recipes on her site. (She is even publishing them in a book this fall) With all the cold temps, I thought I would share.
