So, guess what I had for breakfast.....cereal. I am at the end of my 2 weeks without dairy. Unfortunately, I have to report that I do not think my issue is with dairy. I am now going to try grains because I have had a couple "problems" the last 2 weeks. Though, giving up certain foods was making me grumpy, so I will be careful with the dairy through the weekend, and then give up grains beginning Monday.....
Isn't there an easier way to determine this stuff.....
